Mili Kacher brings a decade of expertise in transformation to the forefront of Think Mint. Mili has been a certified Project Management Professional® (PMP) since 2013, as accredited by PMI.

 
During her 20 years of project management experience, Mili has managed extremely complex projects, spanning a variety of contexts, industries and countries. Her transformational projects have covered technology, innovation, cost optimization and M&A.

 
Since 2017, Mili has been engaged within private equity (PE) environment taking on executive leadership roles focusing on transformation. During this time she was identified as one of the top young leaders and put through a one-year leadership academy training program. This culminated in the creation of a new boutique consultancy, Think Mint.

 
Holding a PhD in Economics from a respected French university, awarded on full scholarship, Mili is also currently immersed in MIT's Digital Transformation program.

 
Mili is proficient in bridging the cross-cultural gap between North American and European businesses, helped by the fact that she has come from a diverse and international background, and is fluent in several languages. Mili also hunts down challenges in her personal life, having completed over 50 long-distance races, some of which she won as a masters athlete, and qualifying for the Boston marathon.
